TEWS Control Production Process After Dryer

Moisture and Weight Measurement in Plasterboard

After production, plasterboards are stored in the warehouse. With a target moisture fixed at 0.2% post-drying, TEWS systems ensure reliable Moisture and Weight Measurement in Plasterboard. Installed in-line on the conveyor belt, our technology conducts up to 20 measurements across each board, revealing any wet spots and generating moisture profiles. This allows for continuous quality control, energy-efficient drying, and detection of dryer defects, reducing non-conforming boards.

From raw material inspection to storage monitoring, TEWS microwave resonance solutions provide unparalleled reliability. Industry 4.0 ready, our instruments seamlessly integrate with your data collection systems or PLC, ensuring efficient production and superior quality control.
